Jacksonville, Florida · Powered by RedkeyUSB

Data gone forever.

Hardware ready for tomorrow.

DataZeroOne wipes Windows and Linux computers with RedKey USB, then hands you a record of the run. Drop the machine in Riverside. Copy off anything you still need before you do.

  • Back up first. A finished wipe stays finished.
  • Windows and Linux now. Other systems later.
  • Street address after the appointment is confirmed.

01 — 03

Drop off. Wait. Leave with proof.

The visit is short on your side. The sanitization happens on RedKey, and the written result comes to your inbox within five business days.

  1. 01

    Drop off

Bring the computer and its power adapter to Riverside. The street address is a private residence, so it is sent only after the appointment is confirmed. ZIP 32205, Roosevelt / Highway 17 exit from I-10.

  2. 02

    Wait in confidence

RedKey boots from the USB instead of Windows or Linux. Its One-Go process sanitizes the raw storage — by overwrite, or by a command the drive itself supports — and shows whether the run succeeded.

  3. 03

    Verified proof

You receive a local erasure record naming the disk, the method, the time, and the result. Pick the hardware up, or leave it for recycling. Plan on written confirmation within five business days.

GLASS BOX

A factory reset is not a wipe.

Deleting files, reinstalling Windows, or running “Reset this PC” leaves data on the storage device. RedKey does not ask that operating system to delete its own disk.

It boots from the USB and runs the One-Go process against the raw drive. The result is checked. An error or an interrupted run is not a completed wipe.

Why this is RedKey, and only RedKey

WHAT A RESET TOUCHES

  • Files moved to a recycle bin or trash.
  • A fresh Windows or Linux install over leftover bytes.
  • An account signed out, with the disk otherwise intact.
  • No record of a sanitization method.

WHAT REDKEY TOUCHES

  • The machine boots from RedKey, not from the installed OS.
  • Raw storage is overwritten, or a supported drive command runs.
  • Hidden areas such as HPA and DCO are cleared where the disk allows.
  • Ultimate writes a local PDF of the method and the result.

SERVICES

Three things we actually do.

01

Secure erasure

Windows and Linux desktops, laptops, and servers. Internal and external drives that can be attached to a computer we can boot with RedKey.

02

Disposal and recycling

After the wipe, take the hardware home or surrender it. Surrendered equipment is routed into responsible recycling.

03

Local certificates

RedKey USB Ultimate writes a PDF during the wipe: disk, method, date, time, result, a unique ID, and a digital signature.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE

The backup is your job.

We take privacy seriously, and we do not keep a copy of your files. Once the One-Go process finishes, personal data on that storage is the point of the service: gone.

  1. 01

Copy off anything you still want

Photos, tax PDFs, password-vault exports, email archives, and license keys. Put them on a drive you are keeping or in storage you control. We cannot return files after a finished wipe, and we do not offer recovery.

  2. 02

    Unlink accounts you can

Sign out of what you can. If the PC is tied to a Microsoft account, remove the device from that account. Deactivate software you plan to move to another machine.

  3. 03

Tell us if the disk is encrypted

BitLocker and LUKS need a password or recovery key if you want a normal boot. A locked disk can often still be sanitized as a whole device. Say so when you schedule.

  4. 04

    Bring the power adapter

RedKey has to boot the computer. A laptop with a dead battery and no adapter cannot be wiped here. Loose drives: tell us the interface (SATA, NVMe, or USB) ahead of time.
